Parish Leadership Team
Members of the various Councils, Boards, Committees and Teams gather with the pastor two or three times a year to reflect on the direction of the parish. In November the Parish Leadership Team brainstormed goals for the parish strategic plan. The Pastoral Council is using the results of this meeting to formulate the goals. The Parish Leadership Team will meet early in 2004 to brainstorm strategies for implementing the goals over during the next three years.
