Each of us is called by Christ to walk in his way, that is, to follow him as a disciple. Discipleship involves a commitment that engages us on all levels of life. It is a continuing process that is both individual and communal because as human persons we are shaped by the interaction of those two dimensions.
Our faith journey, then, draws upon the wisdom and support of a community and enriches that community with our own experience and witness.
At Sacred Heart Parish, we strive to bring those two dimensions together in fruitful dialog by means of our parish organizations, our faith sharing and educational programs, and our outreach opportunities.
